James Barry obtained a dismissal during the course discovery post deposition of defendant
James Barry represented a board-certified emergency room physician to a medical malpractice claim pending in Barnstable County. Plaintiff’s theory involved both direct claims and a theory of supervision of a nurse practitioner in the emergency room setting. Following the depositions of all of the parties, and pending disclosure of experts, the plaintiff dismissed their claims as against the emergency room physician.
