Shareholders Doug Morgan and Amy Galatis recently obtained a voluntary dismissal of claims against their clients, a primary care provider, for allegations of medical malpractice in Middlesex County Superior Court. The plaintiffs’ alleged that the physician negligently assessed the plaintiff for her risk of stroke and subsequent medication regimen. Attorney Morgan and Attorney Galatis were prepared to defend their client at trial in February 2026 before plaintiffs’ counsel agreed to dismiss the case against their client.
