MBB+M Shareholder Doug Morgan and Senior Associate Amy Galatis achieved a defense verdict on behalf of their client, a gynecologist, after a two-week jury trial. The plaintiff alleged that the physician failed to recognize a persistent labial lesion that developed into vulvar cancer. The jury found for our client after hearing testimony and reviewing records that the plaintiff had not seen her physician for four years and was not compliant with her medication.
