MBB+M Shareholder Doug Morgan and Senior Associate Jeanine Goodwin obtained a defense verdict on behalf of their client, a Neurosurgeon, in a two-and-a-half-week trial Plymouth Superior Court (Plymouth). Plaintiff claimed their client was negligent in performing anterior cervical discectomies (two levels) and fusion spine surgery causing plaintiff to become quadriparetic and be confined to a motorized wheelchair. The jury found no negligence on the part of their client.
