Shareholder Amy Galatis recently successfully argued for a dismissal of case for her client, a physician’s organization, before the Middlesex Superior Court. Amy had previously successfully argued a Motion for Summary Judgment in the same case on behalf of another client, a large local medical center. The allegations against the two entities included medical negligence, vicarious liability, 93A consumer protection, and other civil claims. The underlying claim pertained to an ophthalmological surgery.
