Shareholder Amy Galatis recently obtained a voluntary dismissal of claims against her clients, a neurologist and neurology practice, for allegations of medical malpractice in Bristol County Superior Court. The plaintiff alleged that the physician missed signs and symptoms of Guillain-Barre syndrome, a neurological condition that causes weakness and paralysis. Attorney Galatis was prepared to defend her clients at trial in March 2026 before plaintiff’s counsel agreed to dismiss the case against her clients’ weeks before the scheduled trial date.
