Jeanine Goodwin wins directed verdict in favor of hospital client in premises liability case
MBB+M Senior Associate, Jeanine Goodwin, defended a Boston-area hospital in a premises liability case in which the hospital was alleged to have been negligent in their maintenance of an area outside the facility, leading the plaintiff to trip, fall, and injure herself. The case went to trial in Boston Municipal Court, Central Division, and Attorney Goodwin successfully argued for a directed verdict at the close of the plaintiff’s case and judgment was entered in favor of the hospital.
